Role Overview • Position: Marketing Professional – Contract, Remote • Commitment: 20 hours per week for approximately 2 months. • This role combines marketing expertise with language mastery to train AI models in the marketing domain. Responsibilities • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex calculations, analytics, and practices in marketing in Japan. • Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring correct marketing terminology and nuanced expression. • Provide cultural insights specific to Japanese marketing, reflecting cultural norms and media habits. • Collaborate closely with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy. Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications • Native-level fluency in Japanese with strong written and spoken English. • Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field. • 2–6+ years of experience in marketing in Japan. • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with assessment and rubric development is a plus. • Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus. Engagement Details • Remote and asynchronous role. • 20 hours per week commitment. • Duration: Approximately 2 months. • Structured project environment with clear goals and tools.
