Luxury Beauty Product / National Salon Sales Expert

Job Overview We are about to launch a Beauty Community and App that will revolutionize the Beauty industry combining social media and AI. We are seeking a dynamic and "proven" Luxury Beauty Expert to manage Luxury Salon relationships across the nation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Luxury Beauty and will have worked for or interacted with Luxury Beauty Products as sales manager or with Salons, Salon owners and/or Luxury Products targeting Luxury salons across the nation. The person must have great communication skills, and the ability to manage teams. This is a tech venture therefore an understanding of social media, Booking Apps and Software and/or Square or other leading software targeting the Beauty Industry is a plus. If you worked in a senior position for a major beauty or Tech brand in the tech space and can bring a team with you, we may pay more. If you have energy and worked more regional Luxury brand it still may be a fit. The position offers an engaging environment where you can showcase your expertise and participate in revolutionizing the beauty industry forever. Duties • Coordinate a small team reaching out to the nation’s leading luxury salons in Hair, Medi Spas and other services. • Curate the nation’s leading database of the Top Luxury Salons across the nation to make sure we have the best of the best engaged. • Reach out to the top Luxury Product Partners to develop business opportunities. • Manage exclusive relationships with Agencies representing the nation's leading celebrity stylist. • Keep our team abreast of current beauty trends, product knowledge, and industry developments! Qualifications • Experience with Luxury Beauty at a high level or with great sales stats. • Proven experience with Sales to the Nation's Leading Luxury Salons or Luxury Beauty Products. • Complete and total Knowledge of Luxury Beauty product industry. • Familiarity with leading salon management software and POS systems • Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers about products confidently. • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail • Ability to perform social media management tasks related to marketing and brand promotion. • Ability to manage sales teams.
