Overview The Lead Angular Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Angular frameworks. This position not only requires advanced technical skills but also the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. The Lead Angular Developer is responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring code quality and performance optimization. In today’s digital landscape, the lead developer is integral to delivering seamless user experiences and is a key figure in enhancing the organization’s software capabilities. By promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards, the Lead Angular Developer contributes significantly to project success, fosters collaboration among teams, and helps drive innovation within the development department. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of web applications using Angular. Collaborate with product managers to define application features and requirements. Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. Optimize application performance for speed and scalability. Integrate with RESTful APIs and other backend services. Stay updated with emerging trends in front-end technologies. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot and debug applications in a timely manner. Participate actively in Agile development processes. Contribute to the architecture and design of applications. Document technical specifications and design choices. Implement best practices for version control using Git. Ensure user interface consistency and usability across applications. Work cross-functionally with designers and other developers. Assist in project planning and estimation tasks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically with Angular. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx or Akita. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma. Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum. Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools. Experience with other front-end frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with graphQL is a bonus.
