We're a Swiss marketing consultancy specializing in high-ticket client acquisition . We've spent millions on Upwork with 5-star feedback and are looking for a LONG-TERM design partner, not a one-off freelancer. We have multiple ongoing clients who need continuous landing page work. This is a permanent collaboration opportunity for the right designer. READ FIRST - WRONG FIT = REJECTED: I need a designer who understands that psychology sells, not pretty pictures. This job is for LONG sales pages (3,000-5,000 words). Your job is to make people WANT to read every word, not to cut my text or "clean it up." DON'T APPLY IF: You think less text = better conversion • You want to shorten copy to "improve" the page • Your instinct is minimalism and lots of white space • You prioritize making things look modern over making them convert • You think "nobody reads long pages" PERFECT FIT IF: You understand emotional psychology drives purchases • You know how to make walls of text feel readable and engaging • You design visual flow that guides readers through long content • You use typography, spacing, and hierarchy to create reading rhythm • You've designed pages where the TEXT does the selling, not the design • You understand how to communicate subtle luxury and sophistication without over-designing or making it ornate This isn't a single project. We need landing pages per month for different clients (wealth management, consulting, B2B services). If this first project works well → you become our go-to designer for all future pages. We pay fairly, we're easy to work with (our Upwork rating proves it), and we value designers who understand conversion psychology. Our landing pages target wealthy European clients (Switzerland, Germany, Austria) for high-ticket services. The design must feel premium and exclusive but understated - think Swiss private banking, not flashy luxury brands. What I DON'T need: Modern trendy designs, stock photos for decoration, your opinion on cutting my copy, "brand experience" design, or overdesigned ornamental elements. What I DO need: Make 3,000+ words feel like an easy, compelling read • Visual breaks and spacing that create emotional rhythm (NOT to replace text) • Typography that highlights key emotions without disrupting flow • CTAs that stand out but don't interrupt the reading experience • Design elements that AMPLIFY the feelings my words create • Layout that makes scrolling through long content feel natural • Subtle signals of quality and exclusivity that appeal to sophisticated, wealthy clients without being ostentatious. MANDATORY TO INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION: Portfolio - Show me 1-3 examples of pages you've designed with LOTS of text (minimum 1,500+ words visible). Can be any topic. I need to see how you handle high text volume. Answer this: A client gives you a 4,000-word sales page and says "make this convert better." What's your approach? (Hint: If your first thought is "cut the text" → you're not the right fit) Quick scenario: You have a page selling a €20,000 consulting service. The copy explains the transformation in detail (2,000 words). How do you design this so people actually READ it all?
