**Your Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your role will involve:
• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
• Accurately documenting call details
• Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
• Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily
**What You Bring to the Table**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in navigating computer applications

• Previous healthcare experience is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required
**Job Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you must:
• Be 18 years or older
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
• Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
• Be able to type at least 25 WPM
• Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
• Have a secure, private work area at home
• Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
