Job Summary

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in banking systems and technology.

- Banking Experience: Experience working in a banking environment, or a related field.
- Financial Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
