Job summary The Invite Lady is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented contractor to handle Amazon customer messages and weekend digital proofing. This is a long‑term role, not a holiday/seasonal position. Remote, U.S.-based only.
What you’ll do • Reply to Amazon customer messages with clarity, warmth, and accuracy
• Handle order updates and changes using Photoshop; training provided
• Follow structured checklists; escalate edge cases promptly
• Communicate with the weekday team and the owner for smooth hand‑offs
• Keep clean notes for continuity across shifts
Must-haves • Available every Saturday and Sunday all day (non‑flexible). Required check‑ins: by 10:00 a.m. ET, once mid‑afternoon, and by 7:00 p.m. ET. You may start earlier and/or finish later as needed.
• Excellent written English; calm, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Windows computer only (no Macs, tablets, or Chromebooks) capable of running professional design software; we will verify
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Able to work as a 1099 independent contractor in the U.S.
Nice to have • Etsy customer messaging familiarity
• Canva or basic Adobe Photoshop experience (we train for our workflow)
• Comfort using AI tools for drafts/checks
Structure & pay • Independent contractor engagement
• Consistent weekend hours; occasional weekday training as needed
• Hourly pay: $12.50–$15.00, depending on experience
• Long‑term role — not temporary, not seasonal
• This is not a sales role
