Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled AWS Contact Center Engineer to support us in the pre-sales phase of the project and potentially later in the implementation/building of the solution based on this service... In particular, we are looking for a person who will help us with: ? Designing and implementing solutions based on AWS services such as Amazon Connect, AWS Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and other AWS services especially in the area of AI/ML ? creating and optimizing contact flows (Contact Flows) in Amazon Connect, including the implementation of interactive IVR systems, ? Amazon Connect integration with CRM systems and external applications using API, ? creating solutions based on AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex and Polly that support automation and customer service, ? configuration of CI/CD environments, and monitoring infrastructure performance using CloudWatch and X-Ray, ? implementing process automation using Terraform and CloudFormation and Bash/Python scripting languages, Requirements: What we expect? ? Experience working with Amazon Connect and other AWS services, especially in the area of ??AI/ML ? Knowledge of integration solutions in the field of Contact Center, ability to connect Amazon Connect with CRM systems, ? Proficiency in one of the scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash. ? Experience in working with databases (DynamoDB or RDS) and their integration with AWS applications. ? Preferred: Experience working with Terraform/CloudFormation
