We have a brand new product in development for health science education - high school level. It is a Pulse Classroom Pack. This hands-on training device will help students learn how to take a pulse. It allows for independent practice as well as assessment by instructors. The overview is attached. We are looking for one lesson using our lesson plan template and slide presentation template. The lesson should include information such as the following:
What Is a Pulse?: Introduction to pulses as repeating, regular beats found in everyday life.
Understanding Pulse Rate: Learning pulse rate as a measure of speed and comparing rates.
Experiencing Pulses: Using the Pulse Trainer to feel or hear pulses directly.
Comparing Rates: Identifying differences and patterns between multiple pulse rates.
Estimating and Revealing: Making predictions and checking accuracy using the reveal function.
Patterns and Consistency: Recognizing steady versus changing pulse patterns.
