A fast-growing Los Angeles based iGaming and real-money wagering company is seeking a full-time VP of Operations to oversee and elevate its multi-state operations ecosystem. This executive role spans three critical operational domains: Racing Operations, Player Operations, and Service Operations supporting a patented gaming platform that blends wagering, casino-style gameplay, and regulated transaction flows. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned operations leader within gaming, wagering, fintech, or regulated online industries.

• 10+ years of operations or general management experience, preferably in gaming, wagering, Casino technology or horse racing technology.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary operations teams at a senior or executive level
• Strong expertise in process design, compliance requirements, and risk management
• Background in high-volume customer or player operations, financial operations, or service operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Partner teams
• Proven ability to implement scalable operational frameworks
• Excellent communication and executive leadership skills
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with racing or pari-mutuel wagering operations
• Familiarity with KYC/AML, payment flows, and fraud/risk management
• Experience in multi-state regulatory environments
• Track record of operational automation and systems improvement
