The Role:
We’re hiring a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help us grow and engage our social media community — especially on Instagram and Facebook — while crafting creative content, running and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns, and nurturing our audience through smart strategy and great storytelling.
You’ll have space to experiment, test ideas, and bring personality to your work. We’re looking for results, creativity, and consistency — not someone who needs to follow a script.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating engaging, on-brand posts, stories, and reels for Instagram and Facebook./ Giving Dr Jena assignments on what she needs to make for reels/ videos. etc.
Managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Designing beautiful, brand-aligned graphics and captions using Canva (or your favorite tools).
Tracking growth metrics and adjusting strategy based on results.
Helping us grow our email list and nurture an engaged community.
What Success Looks Like:
5–10% monthly Instagram follower growth.
3–6% engagement rates on posts.
Well-performing ad campaigns (CTR 1.5–2%+, CPC under $1).
Consistent content published each week — on time, on brand, and on trend.

Skills We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook for brands/businesses.
Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
Experience running and managing Facebook Ads Manager.
A conversational copywriting style and understanding of brand voice.
Comfortable tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience marketing to women aged 35–55.
Familiarity with Mailchimp
An eye for design, photography, or visual storytelling.
