Employment Type : W2 Hourly Description: As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment. Requirements At least 6 months of call center experience ? Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications ? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills ? Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer?s issues. ? Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism. ? Able to understand and accurately communicate customer?s needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills. ? Must be able to pass a background and drug test. ? Must be 18 years or older ? Must have a High School Diploma or GED ?
