Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. ? Experience working remotely and independently, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities ? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and hiring needs. ? Source, screen, and qualify candidates using various methods and tools, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. ? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. ? Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation. ? Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. ? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools. ?
