Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote behavioral and skills assessments.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide virtual supervision and feedback to RBTs.
• Deliver parent training and collaborate with families remotely.
• Ensure clinical integrity and complete necessary documentation.
What You’ll Need:
• Active BCBA certification and a valid NJ LBA.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable high speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
• Afternoon/early evening availability.
• Strong communication and clinical decision making skills.
