Overview
Men’s Life Mastery, LLC is hiring a skilled video editor / motion designer to create a high-quality intro, outro and call-to-action (CTA) assets for our video content. These will be used across YouTube, short-form social and our seminar/coaching videos. We’re looking for a clean, modern, masculine aesthetic with confident, energetic motion, strong typography and professional sound design.
What we need
Design, animate and deliver:
Intro animation (3 versions)
Short: 3–5 seconds (for TikTok/Reels/shorts)
Standard: 6–8 seconds (YouTube openers)
Extended: 10–12 seconds (longer presentations)
Requirements: logo animation with optional tagline reveal, clean transition into main video, .mov with alpha channel + MP4 H.264.
Outro animation / end card (3 versions)
Short: 6–8 seconds with CTA and social icons
Standard: 10–15 seconds with subscribe, book call, and “next video” placeholders
Long: 15–25 seconds for seminar videos with multiple CTAs
Requirements: space for video thumbnails, social handles, website CTA. MP4 + layered project file.
CTA lower third / full-screen templates
2–3 lower-third templates (name, title, website), animated.
2–3 full-screen CTA templates (Book Strategy Call, Explore Packages, Subscribe).
Provide versions sized for YouTube (16:9), Instagram (1:1) and TikTok/Shorts (9:16).
Sound design & music beds
Clean sound design, sonic logo (optional), licensed music beds.
Deliver stems (music & SFX) and a short version for use in shorts.
Deliverables & files
Final assets: MP4 (H.264), .MOV (ProRes with alpha where applicable).
Project/source files: After Effects (.aep) or Premiere/Resolve project; all fonts, assets, and a short usage guide.
Export presets for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
2 rounds of revisions per asset (more as an optional add-on).
Style & tone
Clean, modern, masculine, confident.
Minimal but bold typography, subtle motion, premium feel.
Energy: polished and driven (not gimmicky).
Examples we like: high-end coaching brands, leadership channels, executive seminar opens. Provide links to examples in your application.
What we will provide
Company logo (vector), brand colors and fonts.
Example video content to cut into (for testing).
CTA copy and short scripts.
Brand guide and desired taglines.
Skills & tools
Strong After Effects / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve skills.
Motion design and animation experience (logo reveals, kinetic typography).
Sound design basics, SFX, and music licensing knowledge.
Experience producing assets for YouTube + social platforms.
Portfolio with intros/outros/branding animations required.
Selection criteria
Relevant portfolio (please include 2–3 intros/outros or motion brand pieces).
Clear timeline and cost estimate.
Strong communication and responsiveness.
Preference for candidates with coaching/education or personal-brand experience.
Budget & timeline
Please propose a fixed price (or range) and estimated timeline. Typical projects of this scope run $300–$1,200 depending on complexity; we’ll consider hourly bids too.
Desired delivery: first drafts within 7–10 business days, final assets within 2–3 weeks after feedback.
