Job Description:
• Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of influencer and creator marketing programs
• Build high-impact partnerships that bring brand stories to life
• Define engagement strategies with creators to drive awareness and measurable business results
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, and Engagement teams
• Ensure influencer work is visually compelling and strategically aligned to brand goals
• Report to the Head of Audience Experience
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in influencer and creator marketing
• Proven track record of designing and executing influencer programs
• Extensive network of relationships with influencers and talent agents
• Expertise in developing influencer strategies across tiers
• Strong understanding of content formats and production workflows
• Ability to negotiate talent contracts and manage complex partnerships
• Deep awareness of category trends, consumer behaviors, and cultural moments
• Experience being client-facing at a senior level
• Experience in working with influencers to support IRL brand experiences
• Experience in social strategy is a plus
