Overview:
The Vendor Analyst plays a crucial role overseeing partner relationships. This position involves managing 3rd party partner relationship(s), ensuring a seamless and open line of communication/exchange of information, and contributing to the optimization of the operation workflows within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendor(s) to facilitate effective communications, collaboration, and alignments with operational goals.
• Serve as primary POC for general partner inquiries, issues, and escalations – ensuring timely resolutions.
Vendor Performance Monitoring
• Monitor partner performance metrics / KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance gaps and/or make recommendation to senior leadership for any corrective items.
Vendor Onboarding and Evaluation
• Assist partner with the onboarding/offboarding of new personal (profile set up, scheduling, etc).
Data Analysis and Record Keeping
• Collect, analyze, and interpret vendor-related data, including performance metrics.
• Review daily reports and dashboard to provide insight into partner performance – helping to identify opportunities for process/operational improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, communications, and performance data.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations support, account management, or related analytical role
Required Skills/Abilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities as needed
• Problem solving skills to address issues and recommend process improvements
• Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international); valid passport required

Compensation Information:
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,500 annually.
