As an Executive Assistant and Calendar Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules and providing essential presentation support, helping streamline operations and keep priorities on track. You’ll work closely with leadership, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and communications are clear. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys creating order, and communicates with professionalism and warmth.

• Monthly Compensation: 1060 USD to 1150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Calendarizing meetings, events, and deadlines with precision
•Taking and organizing notes from internal communications
•Creating and maintaining presentation templates
•Designing and formatting presentations for internal and external use
•Managing email communications with clarity and professionalism
