Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and administer benefits programs to attract and retain a high-performing workforce.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability: Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations, with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
