Role Overview
The Treasury Analysis Manager supports global treasury operations with a focus on foreign exchange (FX), liquidity management, and treasury systems. This role serves as a key backup to treasury leadership, owns recurring FX exposure and reporting responsibilities, and supports strategic initiatives including cash pooling expansion and Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day treasury activities across EMEA in coordination with global treasury and regional finance teams.
- Act as the main lead for collecting, validating, and consolidating global FX exposures on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare FX exposure summaries and supporting analysis for treasury leadership.
- Assist with accounting support related to FX strategy, working closely with internal accounting teams and external advisors as needed.
- Support EMEA cash pooling activities, including monitoring balances and assisting with intercompany funding flows.
- Support Treasury Management System (TMS) go‑live activities, including data validation, testing support, and process documentation.
- Assist with post‑implementation stabilization and ongoing system support.
- Perform quarterly bank fee analysis, including data collection, review, and variance analysis.
- Support preparation of treasury reports and ad‑hoc analysis as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of FX concepts, cash management, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP systems, treasury systems (TMS), and banking platforms preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting FX exposure management or hedging programs.
- Experience with cash pooling structures and intercompany funding.
- Exposure to treasury system implementations or major system upgrades.
- Professional certification (ACT, CTP, CFA, or similar) a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong control mindset.
- Ability to work across regions and manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a controlled environment with appropriate segregation of duties.
