About the position
Responsibilities
• Facilitates high-quality workshops on a range of sexuality topics for health professionals, parents, and youth.
• Works with the Assistant Director to develop, pilot, implement, and assess professional development opportunities.
• Manages all administrative tasks related to various training initiatives.
• Builds and maintains relationships with external audiences.
• Creates lesson plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in human sexuality and training adults.
• Comfort with issues related to adolescent sexuality.
• Ability to work with and respect diverse groups of teens and adults.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with various audiences.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in Education, Sexuality, Public Health, Communications, or related field.
• Experience working with public schools and/or public health.
• Academic/career focus on sexuality education, human sexuality, or related field.
