Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join our Lockheed Martin Space Learning System and Administration (LSA) team supporting the Manufacturing & Transportation (M&T) Training Administration. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and evolve our training administration & logistics processes while learning key aspects of the M&T Training Delivery culture. In collaboration with the LSA team, technical instructors, analysts, and colleagues, you will gain an understanding of the M&T training administration challenges. You will also resolve moderate to complex aspects of the publication processes to advance the transformation of technology tools and data for implementing solutions for the business' training needs.
You will be responsible for accurately publishing several M&T class offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS) on a regular basis. You will have the opportunity to learning of other key LMS features and capabilities to utilize technology to improve various training administration activities. Application of this knowledge will help transform the publication and registration processes for our students and managers.
Using learning data, you will regularly perform data quality activities to ensure accuracy of class data published in the LMS and that key data is populated in the LMS for data integrity purposes. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring any conflicts of resources and registrations are resolved in a timely manner. You will report to instructors / managers the status of classes to ensure they are fully closed in a timely manner. Will maintain key information / guides needed for the planning of the master scheduling process.
In this role you will regularly perform data analysis related to M&T Training, such as determining instructor and tooling needs for upcoming class offerings; managing registration removals for students with expired certifications; determining remaining seat availability by course type to assess training capacity measures; and instructor teaching schedules. Will assist in the development of data analytics for management use and decisions, includes refreshing of key data daily.
Basic Qualifications
At least 1 year experience performing a variety of duties associated with training administration/coordination and instructor support; including areas related to classes offerings; venue/classrooms; qualified instructors; registrations; etc.
Experience working with an administrative access role within a Learning Management System (LMS)
Experience working in roles that are detailed oriented; including creating, analyzing, auditing, and extracting of data
Strong communications, organization, and planning skills
Familiar with data quality management functions (i.e., reviews and audits) and data analysis
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Teams
Desired skills
SuccessFactors LMS class coordinator administrator experience
Experience supporting training for Manufacturing / Production environments
Systems and critical thinking skills; understanding impacts of processes on other business functions
Experience using and transitioning to technology solutions for process improvement a plus
Experience and ability to work in high pressure situations, providing quick response times/solutions with strong customer service.
Enjoys working with a team, yet can work independently
Strong communication skills and problem solving
Ability to adapt quickly to a changing /transformative environment and promotes a technology mindset: ability to understand and utilized technology tools to aid in process effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong ability to recognize and assess the importance/priority of request that come in on a daily basis and be agile enough to pivot accordingly.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
