About the Role:

IPSY is looking for a Temporary Integrated Marketing Specialist to provide operational support to a team that drives strategic marketing direction for the IPSY brand. You will be helping support initiatives that ensure omnichannel marketing efforts are aligned behind cohesive campaigns to foster deeper and more meaningful relationships with IPSY members: part of IPSY’s topline business objectives. Your efforts will be applied to programs across the organization under the umbrellas of both subscription and e-commerce, providing valuable experience toward a career in marketing and/or the beauty industry.

As the temporary Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a leading beauty subscription company that celebrates diversity and self-expression. IPSY is dedicated to inspiring and empowering beauty hobbyists around the world.

Please note: this is a temporary position from July to the end of November. This position reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and can be remote from any state where IPSY has an established business presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide operational support to IPSY’s 360 cyclical marketing planning process, including creating and updating decks, following up with contributing teams on outstanding deliverables, and additional tasks as assigned
• Complete executional tasks associated with supporting subscription, e-commerce, and brand partnership programs across the organization, which may require tracking and communicating multiple points of information from multiple sources
• Assist with the creation of various cyclical deliverables including marketing briefs, project decks, meeting agendas, calendars, timelines, monthly collaterals, etc.
• Review creative deliverables and provide feedback or insights on accuracy, consistency, brand, and/or member experience
• Responsible for updating various team resources as details of the business evolve
• Act as proxy for Integrated Marketing team members as/if needed due to scheduling conflicts or time off, including attending meetings, taking notes, following up, and keeping projects and tasks moving
• Additional Integrated Marketing support tasks, as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a corporate environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail, strong multitasking skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and taking initiative when necessary
• Proficient office software skills, including the ability to develop presentations and spreadsheets to track and report information (Google preferred)
• Experience using project management software platforms (Asana preferred)

CCPA Notice

Pay is based on several non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. IPSY offers a bonus, equity grants, and competitive benefits. Final compensation is determined by experience and skills.

Salary Range:$40—$50 USD
