Our innovative online platform offers an over-the-counter dental product and solution that enhances the quality of life for denture wearers. This role has potential for growth, and to transition into a full-time position. Responsibilities ? Answer and make customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement. ? Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints. ? Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records. ? Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service. ? Manage social media advertising and engagement. Required Skills for the Position ? Strong work ethic and integrity ?
