As a Team Lead Recruiter, you will:
• Lead and develop a team of 3–5 recruiters
• Assign job orders and help your team source qualified talent
• Build client relationships (optional—not required to start)
• Coach your team for performance and income growth
• Help shape NRG’s recruiting and branding culture
• Represent NRG with professionalism and community impact
