Bilingual Customer Service Specialist - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and service. Show empathy and patience, ensuring every client feels heard and valued. Stay informed about company updates to provide clients with the most current information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable using computer systems and applications.
