Position Summary Details As a Strategic Marketing Specialist, your work supports the connection between our brand, product innovation, and go-to-market strategy through high-impact programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing, you are a strong individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You are a thoughtful, detail-oriented marketing practitioner who can translate strategy into action. You are comfortable owning initiatives end to end, partnering cross-functionally, and contributing directly to product marketing, campaigns, and sales enablement efforts. You bring a strategic mindset, but you are equally willing to roll up your sleeves to execute with excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Support the development and execution of product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across assigned products, services, and solutions. • Contribute to buyer persona development, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform messaging and go-to-market strategy. • Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing and the Director of Strategic Marketing to support go-to-market and launch planning for new offerings. • Develop, maintain, and refine product-related messaging and deliverables to ensure alignment with Xsolis brand standards and demand gen strategy. Help translate product narratives into campaigns, content, sales enablement assets, and demand programs. • Develop and execute promotional materials, email marketing campaigns, ABM advertising campaigns and product-related collateral to support demand generation and awareness goals. • Keep website content up to date related to products, solutions, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing plan. • Support persona-based demand generation initiatives, including webinars, tradeshows, conferences, and integrated content programs. • Collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to support thought leadership content, paid presentations, and speaking engagements. • Ensure consistent messaging across paid, owned, and earned channels by working closely with internal marketing and communications partners • Develop and update internal and external sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and solution overviews. • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure marketing assets and messaging are relevant, accessible, and aligned to sales motions. • Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives through targeted campaigns, content, and enablement materials. • Partner with Marketing Operations and the broader Marketing team to track performance and effectiveness of marketing programs. • Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, content, and messaging over time. • Demonstrate strong execution discipline, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal oversight. • Operate as a hands-on contributor who can move work forward independently while staying aligned to strategic priorities. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required. Experience: • 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience across strategic marketing, product marketing, campaigns, content, or demand generation • Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred • Experience supporting product marketing or go-to-market initiatives in a cross-functional environment • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent relevant work experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot strongly preferred • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and report on marketing performance and ROI • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong storytelling ability • Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and presenting internally • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role. Working Environment and Travel Requirements Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks. Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
