Requirements
Technical Foundation
• 3+ years building production infrastructure
• Expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure as code
• Experience with container orchestration and microservices
• Proven automation and CI/CD pipeline design
Operational Experience
• Incident command and post-mortem leadership
• Systematic reliability improvements with measurable results
• Capacity planning and cost optimization
• Security as fundamental design principle
