The Sr. Software Engineering Manager, Salesforce will lead and inspire teams focused on all aspects of our Salesforce platform to drive innovation, quality, and customer excellence. This role provides a chance to lead our business and team in healthcare, using Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading teams and/or managing direct reports
- Minimum of 10 years as a Salesforce leader who has managed a team of Salesforce administrators and developers
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platform
- Strong expertise in at least two (2) of the following clouds: Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Strong background in the execution of DevOps methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery and accomplishments in Salesforce
- Knowledge of SaaS / PaaS / IaaS platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience managing vendor relationships, including product/service evaluation, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management
