The Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle including self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through a successful onboarding and integration. Responsibilities and Deliverables... ? Develop and Qualify Leads - Aggressively seek out new business opportunities ? Schedule Initial Appointments to present to business owners in person ? Prepare and Present Proposals - In-person and face-to-face meetings ? Closing Sales and Transitioning the client to onboarding ' ? New Client Follow-UP Requirements ? 2+ years of proven sales experience ? SaaS sales experience (preferred) ? Strong business acumen ? Excellent written and verbal communication ?
