As a remote-based Law Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to creating a more just and equitable world.

This fellowship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in international law, development, public policy, and environmental and human rights. You will primarily focus on our casework in Latin America, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, conducting legal research, drafting fact memos, and participating in meetings with community members, international institutions, and NGO colleagues.

Fellowship Details:

• Spring Fellowship: January - April, 16 hours/week minimum
• Summer Fellowship: June - August, 40 hours/week, 10-week minimum
• Fall Fellowship: September - December, 16 hours/week minimum

Ideal Candidate:

• Current law students or recent graduates (within one year of graduation) with a strong academic background in international law, development, public policy, or environmental and human rights
• Excellent communication, research, writing, and critical thinking skills
• Passion for human rights and environmental advocacy, with a commitment to community-led initiatives and social justice
