Requirements
- Native-level English and Spanish (bilingual) proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in various computer applications and a knack for quickly learning new software
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with openness to potential flexible scheduling in the future
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
