- Ship iOS product early and often—no long ramp, no busywork
- Work on a mobile system used in high-stakes environments where precision, latency, and reliability matter
- Learn directly from senior engineers, field operators, and real users
- Operate with Bletchley-Park intensity—rapid feedback, real consequences, and deployments you might never discuss, but will never forget
- Build judgment by seeing what breaks and fixing it
- Gain pre-Series A ownership as an early contributor
Skills
- Strong foundation in Swift and iOS development
- Experience shipping iOS apps via internships, personal projects, open-source work, or startups
- Solid understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and platform fundamentals
- Comfort operating under ambiguity and learning fast
- Clear communication and ownership mindset—we expect responsibility from day one
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution
- U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data)
- Prototyped interactions in Figma and translated them cleanly into code
- Worked with ARKit, Metal, Combine, Accessibility, or spatial UI
- Optimized performance under real constraints
- Built or shipped something outside of class requirements
