Description: Company Overview: Founded in 2015, Phil is a San Francisco-based, Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions ? We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Leader to join our operations team ? Reporting to the VP of Patient Experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance functions of our internal pharmacy, fulfillment partners, and patient & provider advocacy teams ? This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement to enhance patient experience and service excellence ? Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives. Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in quality management in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (Preferred) ? Proven track... record of leading successful quality improvement initiatives ? Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills ? In-depth knowledge of pharmacy processing, quality assurance principles, and customer service best practices ? Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams in order to resolve errors and issues ? Willingness to learn and understand operational workflows in order to quickly determine root cause ? Team player who wants to help build up others ?
