Job Description:
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Stories).
• Write captions and posts that reflect our brand voice and partner messages.
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest creative ways to apply them to Weaver’s content.
• Post and engage regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design digital and print marketing materials including event flyers, social media graphics, and presentation decks.
• Support partner and campaign co-branding (Dell, Fortinet, RUCKUS, etc.).
• Maintain consistent visual standards across all brand touchpoints.
• Coordinate with team members (AEs, engineers, leadership) to schedule interviews, photos, or short videos.
• Keep projects on track through organized planning and proactive follow-up.
• Travel occasionally to capture content at customer sites, partner events, and company functions.
• Track post performance and share quick insights on what’s working.
• Use feedback and data to refine content strategy and creative direction.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
• Experience creating TikToks, Reels, and short-form video content.
• Excellent writing, captioning, and storytelling ability.
• Willingness to travel for events and content shoots.
• Experience with HubSpot or basic analytics tools (training available).
