Provide status updates/reports to the Manager. ? Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of standard tools and software within Client service offerings. ? Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish efficient case management, time management, quality assurance, and project deliverables. ? Provide support, guidance, and training to Associate staff. ? Work schedule may be dictated by Client needs. Must be available to work during holidays, weekends, and/or evenings. ?
