Job Description:
• Design and oversee a contemporary approach to financial analysis and insights, contract design, and performance monitoring for a leading VBC enablement company
• Foster a team culture of high performance by building and/or developing a highly-skilled team of experts
• Oversee a standardized and efficient approach to financial modeling activity within markets across the Navvis enterprise
• Explore and implement opportunities for enhanced insights, application of benchmarks, and automation of processes
• Serve as the primary presenter to clients, prospective clients, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders of complex financial and economic insights
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with market teams and establish regular touchpoints to ensure alignment of financial performance reporting, forecasting and economic analysis
• Provide strategic recommendations for client partners in support of contract negotiation processes
• Serve as the primary liaison to the Business Development team to support sales cycles
• Design and lead the people, processes, and technology necessary to deliver detailed financial models assessing economic opportunities associated with participation in value-based care models and contracts
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve value-based care outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance performance
• Continuously track and monitor enterprise and market partner performance against all value-based contracts and active programs
• Monitor changes to value-based contract terms and communicate implications to executive leaders and decision makers
• Collaborate with market-based finance, analytics and clinical teams to align analyses with business objectives
• Develop sensitivity testing models in support of value-based contract negotiations
Requirements:
• 10+ years of healthcare financial management and/or analyst experience to include value-based care financial modeling experience
• Expert knowledge of CMS value-based payment model rules/regulations to strategic value based financial models across a variety of settings (physician groups, health systems, health plans, etc.)
• Skilled in Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Power Pivot, Power BI and/or Tableau
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Supervisory/leadership experience required
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Superior writing and presentation skills
