Position Overview – The Role in Focus
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Traveling Lab Inventory Coordinator to support our New England customer locations in Cambridge and Waltham, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day
- Laboratory Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for a diverse portfolio of lab instruments, perform on‑site maintenance tasks, and verify that equipment meets calibration and compliance standards.
- Inventory Replenishment & Stockroom Management: Monitor point‑of‑use inventories, generate purchase requisitions, and ensure seamless replenishment of critical consumables, reagents, and disposables to avoid downtime.
