We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help architect and scale the systems behind The Flex — from seamless booking flows and automated payments to predictive intelligence and global integrations.

Architect the Core – Design and implement scalable, high-performance services that power bookings, payments, and automation workflows.
Automate Everything – Build intelligent microservices and serverless functions that eliminate repetitive manual work.
Scale Seamlessly – Create infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of stays and millions of transactions across continents.
Integrate Intelligently – Connect Base360.ai to key platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, and Hostaway.
Enhance Intelligence – Collaborate with AI-driven automation tools to develop predictive and adaptive systems.
Mentor & Elevate – Share best practices, review code, and guide engineers toward technical excellence.
5+ years of software engineering experience (backend or full-stack).
Strong expertise in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), and AWS (serverless stack preferred).
Proven experience designing API-first and event-driven architectures.
Deep understanding of databases, distributed systems, and automation workflows.
Curiosity about AI, real estate tech, and intelligent operations.
