YOUR MISSIONYou'll empower Enterprise customers to move forward with confidence by delivering robust security and compliance controls that accelerate buying decisions. Through our comprehensive feature set, you'll help organizations safeguard sensitive information by limiting data extraction from Mural and minimizing the risk of data loss. You'll ensure customer content is securely stored, retained only when necessary, and always kept local. You'll also make it easier for customers to conduct investigations with simple, self-service data exports—promoting transparency and rapid access to critical information. Ultimately, your work will not only meet enterprise security and compliance needs but also enable secure, confident collaboration at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade features using TypeScript and Node.js.
Work closely with software engineers and business analysts to shape and enhance security and compliance capabilities.
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement within our enterprise solutions.
Oversee production systems, setting up effective monitoring, timely alerts, and proactive dashboards to ensure feature reliability.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs. This role provides opportunities to interact directly with major enterprise clients, supporting them in strengthening their compliance and security through tailored features and collaborative engagement.
Ensure our AI solutions balance innovation with user needs, ethical principles, and responsible AI practices
3+ years in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and the ability to architect solutions that meet enterprise requirements.
Demonstrated experience optimizing backend performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring system reliability in production environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, security experts, and business analysts, to deliver secure and compliant features.
Experience implementing automated monitoring, alerting, and logging for mission-critical backend services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve their compliance and security posture.
