Stonepath Resources is hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter to run a full desk and play a key role in our continued growth.
This is a high-autonomy role for recruiters who want real ownership, direct access to leadership, and uncapped upside tied directly to performance. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from business development and client intake through candidate placement and account growth.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of agency or professional services recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience (intake → placement)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing multiple searches
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
