$105,400.00 - $163,400.00

PURPOSE

Thisposition is responsible for siteselectionand all relatedtasks for newandrelocated stores. Related tasks include demographicandcannibalizationanalysis, management ofbrokernetworkandlandlordrelationships,presentationofpropertyattributes to the Senior Director of Real Estate along with other company executives, negotiation of letters of intent, assistingattorneys in leasenegotiations,andassisting in coordinatingprojects with otherdepartmentfunctionalareas.Thisposition is a travelintensiveposition with 50%+ travelpotential.

Theemployee is occasionallyrequired to stand, walk, reach with armsandhands, climb orbalance,and to stoop, kneel, crouchor crawl.
