Are you a seasoned QA pro with PLM expertise? Trissential is seeking a Senior QA Analyst – PLM to join our client’s team. You’ll play a key role ensuring high-quality Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with a focus on Teamcenter/Active Workspace, BOM management, and Change Management processes. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead QA efforts for Siemens PLM (Teamcenter, Active Workspace), BOM management, and Change Management workflows
- Drive quality practices across test planning, case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts in Java (e.g., Selenium-based frameworks) for Teamcenter interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, acceptance criteria, and release gates
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices across the organization
- Identify improvements in QA process, tools, and coverage for PLM systems
- Engage directly with clients to demonstrate quality capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Minimum 8 years of QA experience, with significant exposure to PLM systems (Teamcenter, Active Workspace)
- Strong knowledge of BOM management and Change Management processes
- Hands-on experience with automated testing (Java, Selenium, or similar)
- Solid understanding of test life-cycle: test plans, cases, defect management, and reporting
- Ability to function autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience creating or enhancing PLM test automation frameworks
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
- Exposure to Cucumber, Jira, TFS/Azure DevOps
- PLM domain experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing verticals
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- QA certifications such as ISTQB Foundation or Selenium-based certification
