We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team, responsible for implementing and supporting procurement strategies for our multicategory product portfolio. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of supply and capitalizing on benefits in Total Cost of Ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative process of purchasing for multicategory portfolios
- Assist in negotiation processes to ensure correct management with suppliers and achieve business objectives
- Manage the process of onboarding new suppliers and articles, supporting inventory management, and generating purchase orders
- Validate platform content information, ensuring 100% catalog integrity
- Perform price and cost movements, load commercial agreements, and promotions
- Propose promotional actions based on inventory analysis, competitive environment, and business performance indicators, coordinating with other areas and units of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Knowledge of commercial concepts (rebates, margin calculation)
- Understanding of statistics and analytical capabilities
- Teamwork experience (Operations, Commercial, Administration)
- Agile decision-making skills
