About the position

international premium cruise line and tour company, carrying millions of guests

We are looking for an amazing Senior Pricing Analyst to fill this role, which is
based in our Doral office. The Senior Pricing Analyst is a complex role at the
intersection of sales, marketing, finance and strategy. Pricing is the last and
usually most important driver of consumer behavior. The successful candidate
should be trained on POLAR, our main reservation system, and how different
configurations and set up are available for each voyage. The analyst will use
the access to our comprehensive database to review and optimize pricing, pricing
programs, inventory, and our commercial policies. He/she should be able to
convert data into easy graphics for fast and agile decision-making while
measuring the impact of the different actions.

Responsibilities
• Reviews the design, implementation, and evaluation of pricing initiatives and
recommends actions to senior management.
• Implementation of analytics tools for revenue optimization. Convert data into
actionable revenue management strategies. Support the development of pricing
models and tools to improve the process for RM
analysts.
• Review market trends and measure via A/B Testing and/or Pre-Post Promotion
analysis as required with appropriate recommended
actions.
• Review revenue goals for Actuals vs Quarterly Forecast and Annual Plan.
Convert goals into clear, achievable milestones for teams to target and
measure progress.
• Review competitive pricing and recommend actions to improve. Monitor
competitor promotions and pricing policies and suggest recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Microsoft Excel advanced experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with database applications (Power BI, Tableau)
• SQL Highly Preferred. Snowflake experience a plus. Python experience is also
a plus.
• Minimum of two years’ experience or related experience in analysis,
financial, or revenue management.
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of four
days in the office per week (Monday – Thursday)
