A Fortune Top 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Senior Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in proof of concepts and other technical evaluations of technologies; design solutions and provide recommendations
• Proactively assess and evaluate the adoption thereof in the organization
• Support the development of cybersecurity requirements, design & architecture artifacts, plans and policies
• Support the security development and test efforts, implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software components
• Understand and integrate cybersecurity development activities
• Perform analysis on cybersecurity data and test results
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks products, specifically Strata Cloud Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong proficiency in network security architecture, design, and deployment
• Experience with Broadcom Bluecoat Secure Web Gateway or equivalent enterprise proxy solutions
• Demonstrated experience integrating security tools with SIEM, SOAR, or other cybersecurity platforms
• Solid understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and Zero Trust architecture
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid security models
• Experience with on-call/incident response for critical infrastructure outages
