About the position
itD is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation and delivery of high-impact motion graphics that elevate corporate communications, training, and explainer content. This role drives visual storytelling excellence, strengthens brand consistency, and accelerates production quality across the creative team through hands-on execution and workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end motion design for explainer videos, infographic animations, training content, and corporate communications.
• Develop polished animations in Adobe After Effects with speed, precision, and consistency.
• Design scene layouts and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Edit video and audio content using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
• Collaborate with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices to increase team efficiency and output quality.
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or a closely related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects with a proven ability to deliver clean, dynamic animations.
• Advanced graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Hands-on video and audio editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
• Demonstrated experience producing explainer videos, infographic-style animations, or training video content.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
