About The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Senior Manager/Director of Marketing Operations to architect and lead the operational backbone of our marketing organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, and who can pair technical fluency with business insight. You'll ensure we run a high-performing marketing engine - grounded in data, aligned to revenue, and operationally excellent.
You’ll own the infrastructure behind our campaigns, manage marketing analytics and reporting, lead quarterly OKR planning, and partner closely with RevOps, Sales, and Product to align execution across the business. This is an opportunity to build an engine!
