As a Senior Manager, UX Design - Stores, you'll lead a team to create seamless and intuitive experiences for in-store checkout, self-checkout, guest services, returns, and loss prevention. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the product vision, develop strategies, and execute initiatives that enhance the in-store experience for both our guests and team members. With a strong background in UX design and people management, you'll be responsible for building trust, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $126,600.00 - $227,900.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
