As a Senior Manager - Product Cybersecurity, you'll be instrumental in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Cycle Management and Organization

Provide periodic updates, education, and presentations to staff and management on various aspects of cybersecurity
Oversee administrative management of cybersecurity professionals, including HR organization, pay organization, and time reporting
Define, prioritize, distribute assets, track, and provide status reporting of work tasks, activities, and projects
Review and be responsible for departmental budgets and asset portions

Interface

Monitor changes in regulation and compliance rules that impact assigned areas of responsibility and proactively act to refresh norms, practices, and models
Manage, coordinate, and evaluate the work of assigned cybersecurity division to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of blithequark's systems, products, and services
Build connections and partnerships with functional regions across the business to bring awareness and support for cybersecurity
Coordinate division activities with internal/external technology and entrepreneurs/service providers
Provide overall asset/project management for the division, including matching individuals to projects and acquiring required assets

Execution/Support

Manage the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies
Work with cross-functional teams to create, record, and execute cybersecurity principles and designs
Oversee the preparation, documentation, and execution of cybersecurity assessments and testing
Coordinate remediation of resistant things to satisfy material compliance guidelines
Be available to respond to impromptu cybersecurity and hazard management occasions, including emergency circumstances

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

At least 9 years of related experience in cybersecurity

Strong and demonstrated capacity to impart technical ideas to a non-technical audience and colleagues

Experience with danger modeling or other risk identification strategies and risk management

Experience managing teams to identify key and strategic risk

Excellent oral and written relational abilities

Demonstrated capacity to convey complex technical subjects in a succinct and direct way

Shown critical thinking, decisive reasoning, legitimate organizing abilities, and a readiness to master and stretch beyond your usual range of familiarity

Shown information on danger scene, security threat, and vulnerability management, and security monitoring and analysis

Must be lawfully approved to work in the US for any business without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will help you stand out:

A graduate degree or comparable experience

At least one of the following certifications: CEH, GSEC, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CASP+, OSCP, AWS Solution Architect Star

12+ years of relative experience

Working knowledge and/or hands-on experience with operating system and platform security, networking security, and a comprehension of network and web-related conventions

Solid topic aptitude in the fields of IT security and chance administration

Experience with cloud-native items and in-depth grasping microservice geographies and implementations

Ability in application improvement and dev-operations security advancements and coordination
